I resume . . .

So, I think this blog has personal value as an online journal. It's easy for me to type, difficult to write. That said, I don't expect anyone to read this. I'm going to treat it like a personal journal, with no attempt to make it interesting or useful. So . . . read on at your own risk.
Yesterday I took my first ever spinning class. It was very hard, but to save face, I cheated by adjusting my resistance lower when the teacher said "higher!" Thus, I was able to keep up with the class, but barely.
